Asking about a demo
Worth twenty minutes if you keep a substantial archive and want to see it answer questions of your own material rather than a synthetic example. Say roughly what your records look like — typed or scanned, one folder or many, how far back — and it saves a round trip.
Reporting a problem
The activity log inside the app (bottom of the sidebar) records what Reverim did and when, on your machine. Describing what you asked and what came back is usually enough.
Please don't send clinical material. Not in an email, not in a screenshot, not to demonstrate a bug. Nothing about diagnosing a problem requires it, and this is an ordinary mailbox rather than a system built to hold patient information. Initials, a paraphrase, or a synthetic example does the same job.
