Reverim is desktop software. It runs on your computer, and the short version of this policy is that it collects nothing, because there is nowhere for anything to go.

What the software collects

Nothing. Specifically:

• No account, and nothing to sign up for.
• No telemetry, usage analytics, crash reporting or update pings.
• No note content, filenames, questions or answers are transmitted anywhere.

The language model runs on your processor. The search index is a folder on your disk. Your notes stay as the files they already were, in the folder you chose, readable without this app.

The one setting that could change that

There is an optional mode that would allow a cloud language model to receive a limited number of retrieved passages. It ships switched off, no cloud provider is configured, and enabling it is a deliberate act with a visible warning. If you ever turn it on, the app shows what would be sent and records the attempt in a log on your own machine. Until then, no code path sends note content anywhere.

What the app writes to your disk

• A search index, which is a cache and can be deleted at any time.
• Your settings.
• An activity log of what the app did — tool calls, file writes, and any attempt to send data outward.
• Saved conversations, if you leave that switched on. These are the only records Reverim creates rather than reads, which is why it can delete them — individually or all at once, from Settings.

All of it stays on your machine. None of it is transmitted.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts or fonts. Nothing on these pages loads from anywhere but this domain. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

If you buy a licence or email us

Buying a licence requires an email address, which is embedded in the licence key itself so it can be verified on your machine without contacting a server. We keep that address, and the record of the sale, to provide support and meet tax and accounting obligations. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us.

If you email us, we keep the email. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share personal information with anyone for their own purposes.

Your rights over what we hold

What we hold is limited to the above. You can ask us what that is, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to records we are required to retain for tax purposes. Write to [email protected].

We cannot delete anything held only on your own computer, because we have no access to it. That is the point of the design, and it means deleting your vault, index or logs is something only you can do.

Children

Reverim is professional software sold to practitioners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

What this policy is not

This is a description of our practices, not a compliance claim. Reverim is not certified against HIPAA, GDPR or any other framework, and running software locally does not by itself discharge the obligations you carry as a clinician for the records on your own machine.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the previous version is available on request.
